    These terms cover two things: using this website, and engaging Bhumi Hirapara for freelance design or development work. By using the site or starting a project, you agree to them.

    Using this website

    The content, writing, designs and code on this site are the property of Bhumi Hirapara unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to read and share links to it. You may not copy the content, case studies or imagery for your own commercial use without permission. Portfolio images are watermarked and remain the property of their respective clients and Bhumi Hirapara.

    Enquiries and quotes

    Submitting the contact form does not create a contract. It starts a conversation. Any rate, scope or timeline discussed before a written agreement is an estimate, not a binding quote.

    How projects work

    • Scope and price are agreed in writing before work begins, usually by email or a short proposal.
    • Payment terms are set per project. Larger projects are typically split across milestones.
    • Revisions within the agreed scope are included. Work beyond that scope is quoted separately before it starts.
    • Ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you on full payment. Until then, the work remains the property of Bhumi Hirapara.

    Your responsibilities

    Projects depend on timely feedback and on you having the right to any material you supply (logos, copy, images, data). You confirm that anything you provide does not infringe anyone else's rights.

    Confidentiality

    Anything you share about your business for a project is kept confidential and used only to deliver that project. A separate NDA can be signed on request.

    Liability

    Work is delivered with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, liability for any single project is limited to the fees paid for that project. The website itself is provided "as is" without warranties.

    Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of India, where Bhumi Hirapara is based. Nothing here removes any consumer rights you have under the laws of your own country.
